FRANK TRIGG SEMINAR: GROUND FIGHTING FOR THE STREET
SUNDAY, AUGUST 25, 10 AM TO 4 PM
JoIn Frank "Twinkle Toes" Trigg for a seminar at Master Lawrence Rouse’s Playa Vista Martial Arts. This seminar will focus on ground fighting from beginner to advanced. And by ground fighting we mean real fighting. Down and dirty fighting. This is not a sport grappling seminar, but hardcore ground fighting for the street; a perfect compliment to Kung Fu San Soo. No rules MMA for no rules self-defense.
About Frank Trigg
Frank is in the UFC Hall of Fame and a legend in the MMA community. He is also a budding stuntman and referee in the sport he loves. In over 30 professional fights, Trigg faced the best of the best during his long and storied career. A master coach, Frank possesses a superior working knowledge of the realistic integration of traditional western wrestling into real fighting Trigg also has a traditional martial arts backround in kung fu, and holds black belts in Judo and Catch Wrestling, and head grappling and MMA coach at Strong Sports Gym in Los Angeles.
